✍️ Description from the real estate agent

This accommodation is a 1-minute walk from the beach. The Local Accommodation is located in Figueira da Foz, 50 meters from Praia do Alto do Viso and 300 meters from Praia da Claridade. This guesthouse offers family rooms.

The guesthouse units have a seating area. All rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Some units of the Accommodation also include a balcony.

On the ground floor, we currently have a functioning commercial shop where you can create a restaurant area, as it is properly prepared for this purpose, with a large kitchen at the back and where you can place the restaurant area with direct access to the street.

On the first floor, we currently have:

- Fully furnished and equipped kitchen;
- Social area for meals;
- Laundry and towel treatment area;
- Bathroom;
- Reception

This first floor has enough space to make two more rooms with a bathroom and a reception area, moving the social and restaurant area to the ground floor.

Second, third, and fourth floors:
They consist of 11 rooms intended for the provision of Local Accommodation services, five of which are suites with large balconies facing west, which gives them magnificent views of Figueira da Foz beach. The remaining rooms share one bathroom for every two.

On the top floor, one of the largest rooms has a very nice terrace with a view.

A centuries-old seaside resort, it has 34 magnificent kilometers of beaches, diverse and unique. This is where you can experience the longest right wave in Europe and the adrenaline of the rebellious waves of the Atlantic, or the tranquility of the waters of the Mondego.

Serra da Boa Viagem, the salgado figueirense, Parque das Abadias, the Marina de Recreio and the entire riverside area, Lagoas do Bom Sucesso, and the various hiking trails provide pleasant experiences.

The natural conditions of Figueira da Foz invite you to practice a variety of sports. From the most extreme, such as mountain biking, to great moments of excitement in the country's largest tree climbing park, or beach sports, which bring national and international events to the largest urban beach in Europe, making Figueira a true 'Beach Sports City'. But to talk about Figueira da Foz is to talk about a breeze always present, which offers the ideal conditions for windsurfing, kitesurfing, or sailing.
