In the authentic heart of Puglia, within the enchanting territory of the 100 Masserie in Crispiano, stands Masseria Quis ut Deus, an ancient residence dating back to 1710, now transformed into a refined four star resort with rooms, restaurant, and spa. Immersed in a landscape of rare beauty, the Masseria is embraced by centuries old olive trees and traditional dry stone walls, set on land divided between arable fields, pasture, and olive groves. The presence of 440 ancient trees further enhances the character and value of the estate.

The architectural complex unfolds around an open courtyard, with a two level main building and additional structures arranged radially. Four trulli are used as rooms, and an ancient chapel has been reimagined as a relaxation room. The restaurant is divided between the evocative Sala dei Briganti, set within the former olive oil mill with its original millstones and wooden presses, and the outdoor terraces adjoining the Sala dei Santi. The cuisine is authentically Mediterranean, based on self produced organic ingredients with particular attention to extra virgin olive oil.

The Masseria offers 11 rooms, furnished in natural wood and equipped with double bed, shower, minibar, air conditioning, and heating. Among them, the Suite dell’Ulivo stands out as the most prestigious. The intimate and welcoming Erbe rooms include two located in trulli with conical roofs, while the more spacious Alberi rooms include one featuring a four poster bed.

The SPA, set within ancient trulli and reserved exclusively for couples, includes a massage area, Kneipp pools, Turkish bath, Japanese foot bath, Jacuzzi with waterfall, and a stone tub for donkey milk and hay treatments, creating a wellness experience in complete privacy.
