The basement includes service areas, a historic 14th-century wine cellar, storages, and a large wellness center nearing completion, with planned spa, hammam, sauna, salt grotto, hydronic treatment room, massage cabins, and indoor pool.

The villa’s rich history dates back to the Del Rosso family, later passing to the Libri family until 2012. Its 18th-century elegance has been preserved, with original terracotta floors, wooden beams, frescoes, pietra serena fireplaces, and carefully restored interiors. Modern upgrades include air-conditioning in each room, eco-friendly water-saving devices, a fire alarm system, seismic reinforcement, and a 140 kW electrical system ready for photovoltaic integration.

The exteriors are equally impressive, with landscaped gardens on two terraces featuring lawns, gravel paths, fountains, Lebanon cedars, cypresses, and a 14 × 5 m swimming pool with stone solarium. The chapel adjacent to the complex, while not owned, can be used for private ceremonies until 2112.
