Our beautiful campsite is located in the stunning and peaceful Alentejo region, set on a charming 9-hectare plot with hundreds of holm oaks and half a hectare of centuries-old olive trees.

Surrounded by an authentic landscape with amazing sunset views, the campsite is very close to numerous sites of cultural and historical interest. Just 2 km on foot, you can visit the region’s best-preserved dolmen and an old Roman bridge. The city of Elvas, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is less than 20 km away, and the Spanish border is about 30 km. This region is also known for its beautiful weather, peaceful atmosphere, and extraordinary gastronomy, offering a wide selection of traditional restaurants and some of the country’s most renowned wineries.

The campsite has excellent access, just 150 m from the main road and about 13 km from the highway to Lisbon and Spain.

Built from scratch just 5 years ago, our facilities are well maintained and include the following main structures:

Main building (120 m²), fully equipped, consisting of:

Currently, the campsite has 14 large pitches for motorhomes and caravans and 6 shaded pitches for tents. It is licensed and prepared for a total of 30 pitches (of which 8 can be accommodation units), with a maximum capacity of 90 people. All sites are supplied with 10 A electricity.

The outdoor area includes a barbecue area, picnic area, a 7.5 m diameter above-ground pool, and several chill-out zones.

All property furniture, equipment, maintenance tools, a tractor, and various implements are included in the sale.

There is significant potential for development, as the 9 hectares comprise two connected plots—one of 3 hectares and another of 6 hectares. The campsite is currently built and licensed on the smaller plot. The additional 6-hectare plot allows for the construction of up to 250 m² of buildings, which could include more accommodation units and up to 30 additional pitches for motorhomes or tents. Alternatively, this plot also permits the construction of a private house up to 250 m².

The campsite has been operating since March 2020. Occupancy has grown exponentially each year, with overwhelming positive feedback from customers.
