Fourteen years ago, we stumbled upon a hidden gem in Burgundy—and it was love at first sight. • Five luxury safari tents, fully self-sufficient, each carefully placed for optimal privacy and views.
• Spacious interiors include a romantic four-poster bed, double box bed, bunk bed (accommodating 6), a country-style kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, fridge/freezer, electricity, lighting, hot water, a freestanding bathtub, toilet, and a stove for cool seasons.
• A sixth tent, beautifully located with expansive meadow views, serves as a dedicated workshop space—ideal for retreats and sundown sessions bathed in golden light.

Charming Gîte & Historic Farmhouse

• Our farmhouse, dating back to 1875, houses both our current residence (partially renovated) and a beautifully restored gîte with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen, cozy living/dining room with wood stove, and rustic décor.
• Renovation of our residence has begun, including a new insulated roof and unique architectural features like centuries-old Indian doors, allowing the next owner to finish it to taste.

Business Potential & Operations

• A welcoming reception area in an open barn, with a comfortable lounge, fire bowl, vintage bar setup, and ‘table d’hôtes’ and bar evenings that guests love.
• A large barn, currently used as a studio, offers great potential for creating two spacious chambre d’hôtes.
• Animal enclosures and pasture at the rear of the property, currently home to chickens and guinea fowl.
