Set within a private 8,000 m² estate in Sigri, Lesvos, this distinctive hotel complex comprises independent residences and apartments surrounded by lush, beautifully landscaped natural grounds. Its architecture combines stone and wood, creating a unique character and a peaceful atmosphere, with each residence offering privacy and tranquility.

The complex is currently operational and holds all required permits. It consists of two main buildings, a stone tower, and an additional newer unfinished structure. An oil based heating system allows for operation during the winter months, while all buildings are equipped with solar water heaters.

The first building, constructed in 2003, includes a 110 m² ground floor apartment with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. This space originally served as the reception area. The first floor comprises 4 independent maisonettes of approximately 48 m² each, featuring balconies and private outdoor areas. A distinctive 65 m² stone tower house forms another part of the complex.

The second building, constructed in 2010, includes 2 spacious maisonettes measuring approximately 85 m² and 80 m². One features a fireplace, while both provide independent living areas.
