The 5,630 sq.m. land plot includes the main buildings, garden, restaurant-bar, swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool bar, children’s playground, and “private” access to the beach (a 3–4 minute walk) through the beautiful forest. Due to current law, any new construction is prohibited in the forest and seaside zone—so it appears the hotel covers all the area in front to the sea, about 15,000 sq.m.

Three buildings have 29 rooms and a reception (with 1 additional staff room), buffet restaurant, kitchen, restaurant-bar, sauna with relaxation room, outdoor gym, parking for up to 29 cars, and additional premises. The main restaurant (a kiosk with kitchen and bar, open terrace, and BBQ area) accommodates up to 60 guests.

The 29 rooms can accommodate up to 104 guests—4 Deluxe Suites with two bedrooms, 14 Family Deluxe rooms, and 11 Double Deluxe rooms. The unique eco-style interiors perfectly complement modern equipment. All rooms are furnished with modern furniture and appliances, include shower units and necessary accessories, and have access to a terrace or balcony with wonderful views of the sea (most rooms), the enchanting forest, or the picturesque hotel grounds with garden and pool. Each room has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet access, and a kitchenette with stove, sink, fridge, and an individual set of dishes.
