Originally an 18th-century farmhouse spanning 750m², this character-filled property with outbuildings was converted into a 3-star hotel in 2001. Situated in the heart of a traditional Charente village, it holds a drinks licence and is projected to generate €160,000 in revenue for 2025. Recognized as a “charming stone hotel,” it enjoys a strategic location just 8 km from the Château de Dampierre-sur-Boutonne, 11 km from the renowned Donkey Farm of Baudet du Poitou, 35 km from Saintes, and 60 km from La Rochelle.
