What I would do:

• Combine a workation hub for remote workers with leisure groups (sport, family, friends)
• Create new branding and reposition the hotel
• Build a new website with direct bookings (not possible now)
• Make a facelift of the rooms and get rid of the restaurant (there are plenty in the village)
• Turn the current restaurant, lobby, and outdoor area into epic common spaces with coworking and fun activities
• Create an Instagram account (imagine, there is none now) and invite 20 content creators in the first 2 months
• Start working with niche group travel agencies and promote in digital nomad communities
