The property is arranged around a main house, annex houses, and dedicated service modules, all thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, functionality, and a relaxed tropical atmosphere.

The main house features a presidential suite with a queen bed, seating areas, walk-in closet, wardrobes, giant screen, stereo system, executive refrigerator, and a spacious bathroom with shower. A family suite offers two connecting bedrooms with a queen bed, a double bed, and a single bed, complemented by built-in wardrobes, cabinets, executive refrigerator, televisions, and a large bathroom with shower. A superior suite includes a queen bed with sofa or double bed, built-in wardrobe, cabinet, desk, executive refrigerator, large flat-screen television, and a generous bathroom with shower. Shared spaces include a fully equipped main kitchen, two additional kitchen and storage modules, a large living and sitting area, a dining area, and a guest bathroom.

The annex houses expand the accommodation offering. A deluxe suite features a queen bed, large sofa or double bed, cabinets, executive refrigerator, giant screen television, a luxury bathroom with spa shower cabin, built-in wardrobe, and a private churuata-terrace furnished with a hammock, double Japanese futon, chairs, and small tables. Two superior suites each include a queen bed, sofa or single bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, cabinets, executive refrigerator, large flat-screen television, and a spacious bathroom with shower. A single room offers a bunk bed accessed by a ladder, built-in wardrobe, cabinet, kitchenette, executive refrigerator, large flat-screen television, and a large bathroom with shower.

The annex modules include a laundry area with wardrobes and shelving, a 50,000-liter underground water tank, hydropneumatic system pump, gas water heater, two washing machines, and a dryer. Additional spaces include a large storage area equipped with refrigerators, built-in wardrobe, shelving, and cabinets, as well as a large bathroom with shower and cabinet.

Set on 1,750 mยฒ of land, the property is surrounded by a tropical garden with mature trees. All rooms are equipped with television and Wi-Fi, supported by a total of eleven split-type air-conditioning units.
